Raindrop Research Center Project (2019)
The project was to study a block in New Orleans and develop a collective housing project for a mixed income community that densified the site from 22 single family homes to 55 modular units developed from compact house designs. A component of the design brief was that three of the original single family homes must remain undisturbed.
