The Coffee House
The Coffee House- A theoretical scenic design project (2022)
Playwright: Carlos Goldoni false identities, rumors, and lies are integral components of this play's narrative. The characters all portray themselves in a way that may not be entirely truthful. This concept materializes physically in the set as the buildings are erected from a forced perspective, warping the view of the venetian square much like the distorted and inaccurate perceptions of the square's patrons.
